Kenny & Murphy Technologies LLC ("Kenny & Murphy Technologies," "we," "our") provides automated SMS reply services to small service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with those services.
Information We Collect
When you call a business that uses Kenny & Murphy Technologies' services and the call is unanswered, our system receives the following information from our telecommunications provider (Twilio): your phone number, the time and duration of the call, and the audio recording and machine-generated transcript of any voicemail you leave. We do not collect any information beyond what is contained in the call event itself.
How We Use This Information
We use this information solely to send a single SMS reply to your phone number on behalf of the business you called, to log the missed-call event for the business owner's records, and to maintain operational records for service quality and compliance review. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS Communications
You will receive at most one SMS reply per inbound call. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of all future SMS replies from a Kenny & Murphy Technologies-managed business, reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message we send. Opt-outs are processed automatically and are immediate. Reply HELP for assistance.
Data Retention
Call records, transcripts, and SMS logs are retained for up to 12 months for operational and compliance purposes, then deleted.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by emailing alex@kmt.llc. We will respond within 30 days.
